By using this Site, you acknowledge that you agree with, and are subject to, the following terms and conditions. 1. This Site is a Venue.

   We DO NOT act as a party for any transaction between those who have listed properties for rent (collectively, "members"), and travelers searching for properties (collectively, "travelers." Together with Members, "users."). Rather, we offer this site as a venue for members to offer for rent a particular vacation home (a "listing"), and as a venue for travelers to get in contact with them directly. We are not involved in any transaction between members and travelers.

2. Accuracy

   Members are solely responsible for keeping their property information up to date on the Site. This includes, but is not limited to any and all representations about any property, its amenities, location, and its availability for a specific date or range of dates. You are prohibited from transmitting or posting any false, misleading, deceptive, inaccurate, illegal, unlawful, indecent, pornographic, obscene, slanderous, libelous, defamatory, inflammatory, controversial, and threatening information on this Site. We assume no liability for any material posted or transmitted by you, the user. From a standpoint of accuracy, we do not verify the contents of any vacation home listing. We make every effort to delete or otherwise alter listings that do not conform with good taste/ethics or other such governing factors. We will not be held responsible should a listing fail our review. The quality, safety or legality of the properties advertised, as well as the truth or accuracy of the listings, is solely the responsibility of the Members of this Site. We encourage all visitors to this Site to bring such distasteful listings to our attention. Members may display a URL linking to other websites containing more information about their property for rent. We do not endorse, or verify the accuracy of, any such linked site(s). By providing external link(s) within your listing to other internet sites, you agree that these links will only be provided to sites that will further display content and material conducive to real property for rent. By uploading property information and photos, you certify the accuracy of the information and furthermore, certify that you own proprietary rights to these and therefore have the right to display them for publication and viewing in our provided URL. We reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, to remove any users from the Site or to alter/remove any listings from the Site.

3. Copyright / Personal Use

   The content available through www.FindYourVacationHome.com is the sole property of www.FindYourVacationHome.com, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except as otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, content received through this Site may be downloaded, displayed, reformatted and printed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast, circulate, or in any way disclose the information received through this Site, in whole or in part, to anyone, without our prior written consent. All information published on this Site should be treated as private and confidential. Again, any reproduction, retransmission, distribution, selling, publishing, broadcasting or circulating of the information received through this Site, without our explicit written permission, is illegal and will be prosecuted as such. You shall not interfere or attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site in any way through any means or device including, but not limited to, "spamming", hacking, or uploading computer viruses or time bombs.

4. Indemnification / Limitation as to Liability

5. Disputes and Litigation

   The resolution and/or litigation of any disputes related to this Website or the owners of this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. You irrevocably agree that any cause of action you may submit in connection with your use of this Site will be filed in British Columbia, Canada. British Columbia will be the venue of any legal dispute. You also agree that any dispute between you and us will be governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia.
